What is an Industrial Service Facility?

Industrial service facilities (ISFs) are mission-critical properties used to store, maintain or dispatch heavy equipment or bulk materials. They are primarily occupied by companies engaged in the transportation industry, everything from school bus companies to national trucking firms.

  • Trailer/Storage yards

Seeking locations in all major US markets, partifularly:

  • Columbus

  • Dallas-Fort Worth

  • Denver

  • Kansas City

  • Phoenix

  • Orlando

  • Southern California

Ideally, locations will have focus on:

  • interstate access

  • intermodal

  • proximity to airports​

  • proximity to port locations
