SCOTT ARNOLDY

Founder

Scott Arnoldy founded Triten Real Estate Partners in 2011 to pursue flexible investment strategies that involve a high level of repositioning or development. As Founding Partner, Scott drives the strategic goals of the company with a focus on investment thesis identification as well as execution oversight. Since its founding, TREP has acquired or developed over $400 million of properties across a variety of product types.

WILL HEDGES

Partner

Will joined Triten in 2015 where he currently serves as Partner of the Industrial platform. He oversees all investment and disposition activities, as well as day-to-day operations of the company. Within the initial 3 years, Will has grown the company in excess of 2.5 million square feet by way of acquisition and development of industrial product and successfully realized multiple speculative developments.

ZACH DOBIN
Principal, Mid-West Region

Zach Dobin joined Triten Real Estate Partners in 2020 as an Principal focused on acquisitions and development for the ISF team. Prior to Triten, Zach spent eight years in San Antonio as Director of Investment sales for the Cushman & Wakefield office in San Antonio.

CAMERON CUENOD
Principal, Florida Region

Cameron joined Triten as an Associate Principal in 2021 focused on acquisitions and development. Prior to joining Triten, Cameron worked for five years in corporate finance at BMC Software.

Cameron graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Rhetoric & Writing and has an MBA from Rice with a concentration in Real Estate.

TREVOR HANSON
Principal, West Coast

Trevor Hanson joined Triten Real Estate Partners as a Principal focused on sourcing and analyzing western region acquisition opportunities for the ISF team. Prior to Triten, Trevor spent nearly four years working for J.P. Morgan Asset Management in both New York and Los Angeles, most recently as part of the West Coast Investment Team, focused on acquisition opportunities.

DAVID SHIPMAN
Principal, Texas Region

David joined Triten in 2021 as principal based in Dallas. In his role, David primarily focuses on identifying and executing industrial acquisitions and developments in Texas while leveraging his background in other product types across the Triten platform. Throughout his career, David has been involved in the acquisition and development of nearly 5 million square feet of office product as well as the asset management and disposition of over $1.2 billion of office, industrial, retail and multi-family projects.

DANNY COFFMAN
Principal, Mid-Atlantic

Danny joined Triten Real Estate Partners as a Principal focused on sourcing and analyzing acquisition opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic for the ISF team.

Danny has over 13 years of real estate acquisition/development, capital markets, and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Triten, Danny served as the Director of Investments and Capital Markets at Weller Development Company, where he was responsible for establishing systems for generating new investment opportunities as well as portfolio and project-level modeling, investment underwriting and analysis. Danny helped lead the underwriting and financing of Phase 1B of the Port Covington project, which included over 1,100,000 SF of mixed-use development across 5 buildings, $137 million tax increment financing, and refinancing of the overall site's land loan.
